You get what you ordered, or you get your money back, plus shipping costs. Both ways!

We want to make shopping with us super-easy and drama-free. So, if we ever send you something that isn’t exactly what you were expecting, we’ll refund your entire purchase price, plus shipping. And we’ll pay the costs to ship it back to us. That’s the best deal out there. 


But of course, this is America, home of the brave and the lawyers, so there are a few things you have to do:

  1. You have to let us know you’re unhappy within 30 days of receiving your purchase – just contact us at support@golfballdivers.com and we’ll email you a fully pre-paid shipping label for either UPS or USPS and a return-authorization code
  2. Pack up your golf balls – slap on the label – make sure to write the return authorization code on the outside of the package
  3. Drop your package off at either a UPS or USPS facility based on the type of return label we send you
  4. Once we get it, we’ll issue a full-refund
